Why we exist
We learned the language of our functions, the systems of our companies, and the measures of performance. Then leadership asked us to develop people, navigate uncertainty, shape organizations, and leave something stronger behind — often without a map for how.
Builder Legacy closes that gap. It turns leadership development from an occasional event into a practice grounded in real work.

Builder Legacy was created by Carey Adams from decades of experience building planning, operational, and leadership capability inside complex organizations. It brings together the lessons that emerge when leaders stop solving only for today and begin intentionally building what can continue tomorrow.
The framework is both deeply human and unapologetically practical: development should help people do the work differently, not merely give them better language to describe it.
